My Spa Policies


 

Cancellation Policy 

In order to maintain reasonable prices, we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of any spa or nail appointment. Spa packages consisting of 3 or more services require a 48-hour notice. If a guest cancels after the allotted time, 50% of the service or treatment will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service or treatment. A credit card or a gift card is needed to reserve your spa or nail appointment. Services may also be paid for in advance by cash or check.

 

Children’s Policy
A relaxing experience for all My Spa guests is of utmost importance to us. With that in mind, we ask that all children under 10 without an appointment not accompany you while you are getting a treatment. An adult must accompany children under 12 that are receiving a service.

Gift Cards/Certificates

My Spa gift cards and gift certificates are good towards spa services and product only. All gift cards/certificate sales  are final and  not redeemable for cash. Gift cards/certificates  must be presented at time of purchase. My Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards/certificates.
